  • Crouch Assist: On/Off

  • Slide Maintains Sprint: Off

Ok, there are a lot of settings here. Let’s break them down. Your stick layout should stay as default, whereas your button layout you will want as Tactical or your own custom layout if you have a specific layout you like. For example, we have jump on the click of the right stick to allow us to jump easier.

Your horizontal sensitivity should be slightly higher than your vertical sensitivity, as you will be moving side to side while aiming far more than up and down. We suggest 7 and 6, respectively, but it is worth experimenting with what works for you.

Simplified controls and low motor strain can be turned on if you need them, but unless you do, they should stay off. You should also turn off your controller vibration and trigger effect, as these are not needed at all and are more of a distraction than a benefit. If your controller button setup allows, you can make L1 ping, but generally we would say to keep this option off.

Under the aiming tab, you can expand the sensitivity multiplier option and change individual sensitivities. You should keep everything at 1.0, except your ADS sensitivity multiplier, which we suggest upping to 1.10 for more control. Look inversion can be turned on if you need it, and you should keep aim assist on.

Ignore the motion sensor settings as they aren’t too important for gameplay and head to the aiming advanced settings within this menu. In here, keep ADS sensitivity transition timing as instant and change the aim response curve type to dynamic for tighter gameplay.

Under the custom sensitivity per zoom option, you will want to change these to your personal preference based on how much zoom you want when using different scopes. We suggest 0.85 for anything below 8x zoom and then 1.00 for the 8x-9x zoom and high zoom options.

When it comes to the assists options, turn tactical sprint assist on to gain tactical sprint easily, and then we suggest having mantle assist on, but you can turn it off if you don’t like it. Crouch assist is a pure personal choice.

Automatic airborne mantle should be switched off and auto door peek should be switched to on. Your slide/dive behaviour should be either Hybrid or tap to slide, depending on which feels best while you play.

Finally, under the movement behaviours option, choose to turn off grounded mantle to avoid accidentally climbing objects and ensure slide maintains sprint is selected to off.

There you have it, these settings should allow you to have better aim and move quicker and with precision using the new omnimovement.
