NOA, foundation partner on nation-building

The National Orientation Agency, on Thursday, launched a rebirth plan to improve attitudinal change among citizens in the building of a better Nigeria. The plan, in partnership with the Peace Unity Restoration and Prosperity Global Foundation, is a 30-year transformational project fostering the values of tolerance, self-discipline and restraint, hard work, dedication, patriotism and nationalism.
