Nasri Close To Sevilla Switch As AC Milan Enquire About Fabregas
Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri is close to sealing a move to La Liga side Sevilla.
The former France international is likely to leave despite making his first appearance of the season in the 3-1 victory over West Ham United on Sunday.City boss Pep Guardiola said the midfielder could still have a future at the club following his substitute appearance against the Hammers. But Nasri hinted he could still leave the club before the deadline on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old was linked with a move to Turkish side Besiktas but would prefer to play Champions League football with Sevilla.
Chelsea have offered Cesc Fabregas to AC Milan on loan, according to a report in Italy.
SportItalia claim that the Spain international is keen on a move to Serie A after failing to secure a starting role in Antonio Conte’s side so far this season.
And as an incentive to Chelsea, Milan have no issue with paying the 29-year-old’s wages during his temporary stay at San Siro.
Fabregas continues to be linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge following his poor display last season as Chelsea finished 10th in the Premier League.
